5. Owning a super muscle car isn’t for everyone

The exclusivity isn’t just about the cost of securing or maintaining this type of car. Handling a power car including the Hellcat Challenger can pose many problems to an average driver who is not accustomed to the power and unpredictability of the vehicle. These cars have unique characteristics that are not found in the regular passenger cars. If you decide to shift into the 4th gear of the Hellcat at top speed, the rear tires will start to loosen up and spin. The tires of many supercars will tend to spin when taken to top speeds which can rattle the first-time or novice driver. The erratic movements that the super cars will make when running at top speeds can be dangerous for a driver who is not trained in handling this type of car performance.

Owning a car that packs an industry-leading horsepower production is always thrilling and satisfying but it isn’t recommended for everyone. If you are just looking for a car that you can use for an everyday commute or for weekend travels, a passenger car or SUV with roughly 200-hp production is enough. Remember, you only need 60 to 80 horsepower to cruise down the highways at a comfortable 65mph. And by investing in a ‘regular sedan or sports car’, you can save up your money for other investments that can make your life even better.
