Tech/warranty customer executives
These people have to sit on the phone for several hours a day, dealing to several awful customers who blame or yell at you from the other end for no significant reason. After listening to soul-crushing customer’s rage, these call center executives get the lowest pays. There can never be even a little joy to be found in this type of occupation.
Service advisor
The primary responsibility of service advisors is to offer recommendations to customers by pointing out what services needs to be performed on their cars. They work in car dealership lots where they have to deal with customers, while listening about their cars’ shortcomings and advising them how to fix. Where spending more money is required, most customers no longer want to hear to those advises. The worst part of the job is that service advisors mostly become a storehouse of all their customers’ rage no matter what you do for them.
