7: Jeep Patriot
Aside from its simple controls and compliant ride, little stands out for this mid-sized SUV. Frankly we don’t know why it even exists and what it’s purpose is. If you want to go off road, buy a wrangler, if you want to carry people in comfort, get a grand cherokee. With low marks for performance and reliability from JD Power, and a low residual value rating from ALG, this is a car to avoid.
