10: BMW 7-Series
The flagship BMW sedan has lost a lot of its edge in recent years. With boring styling, and a lack of sportiness over previous renditions, the current 7-series is a major letdown. An odd product lineup including a expensive and somewhat inefficient Hybrid model,adds to the problems. This generation is a ponderous, technology filled model with awful handling, and doesn’t represent the heritage and prestige of the 7-series name. It gets some of the worst scores for resale from ALG and low scores from J.D. Power. Our advice: skip the 7-series and buy the far superior Mercedes-Benz S-class.
