9: Dodge Journey
Dodges seven passenger crossover is long overdue for a redesign. Aging badly, it still features an archaic 4 speed automatic, paired to a weak 2.4-liter, 174hp four cylinder. The optional 283hp V6 and six speed manual are a slight improvement, but don’t save the car from its lack of features, bad performance, and age. Consumer reports calls the car out for “below average reliability, lack of agility, and a transmission that’s reluctant to downshift”.
