It is recognized as the fastest production road cars in the World with a top speed of 267.856 mph by the Guinness World Records.

Produced by SSC North America (formerly known as Shelby SuperCars), the Ultimate Aero is Supercharged 387.2 cu in (6,345 cc) Chevrolet Corvette C5R V8 engine that produces 1,046 hp with 6950 rpm. It had ranked as the world’s fastest production car, from 2007 with a top speed of 256.14 mph until the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport entered the competitions in 2010.
