The McLaren F1 was packaged as an icon and masterpiece, and has managed to become as the world’s fastest car for a time. And for some observers in the market, the McLaren F1 is the finest supercar ever built. The title is debatable, but what cannot be denied is the presence of a number of original and proprietary technologies and designs in the car that makes the McLaren F1 a revolutionary model when it was released to the market. The car has a top speed of 386 km/h, but fitted with a rev limiter. The true speed of the McLaren F1 was tested at 391 km/h, making it as the fastest during its time. and this was fully validated when McLaren decided to test the supercar in the racetrack, and it managed to win a number of races, including the Le Mans (1995).
