2. BMW X6M
Speed and high-performance isn’t the usual trademark that one will associate with SUV. But it’s a different thing with BMW X6M, a monstrous creation from Bavarian engineers. When this was introduced to the general public five years ago, the BMW X6M changed the way the market sees the SUV with the inclusion of an all-wheel drive, a torque-converter automatic and was a turbo. And for the 2015 version of the X6M, it now comes with 4.4-liter twin turbo V8 engine that can generate more than 500 horses. It’s monstrous in size and highly powerful on the road, but surely not a practical choice for every day driving. When ranged with high-end models like Audi R8, the BMW X6M makes sense. But when you compare these with most cars in the market, you will start to see the problems including poor storage option at the back, small-sized trunk and oversized wheels. And with a starting price of at least $100,000, you’re better off much powerful but cheaper SUV.
