2. 2016 Acura NSX
Powered by a hybrid powertrain, the 2016 Acura NSX is definitely one of the stars in next year’s batch of production cars. Debuted by Honda at the 2015 North American International Show, this new Acura offering reflects a culmination of the efforts of the company to come up with the best prototype of the NSX after years of revisions. The introduction of the new Acura follows the trend started by other manufacturers to manufacture exotic cars with hybrid powertrains. The 2016 Acura NSX will feature a twin-turbo mid-mounted V6 engine with three electric motors. While the actual power output of the NSX was not announced, it was speculated that NSX’s power output will rival that of Ferrari 458. The NSX will be carried by Acura on US soil, but will be marketed under Honda when introduced for international markets.
