The Compass may come from an iconic brand, but it doesn’t automatically mean that it will appeal to all car buyers in the market. Even if the Jeep Compass managed to get some recent upgrades, still these are not enough to make the Compass a competitive model in the market. According to Consumer Reports, the Jeep Compass has the ‘lowest owner satisfaction’, which means that Compass owners don’t see themselves buying the same vehicle if they are given the chance to do so. Even J.D. Powers added its voice in giving the Jeep Compass that thumbs down due to poor performance, quality and reliability.
