AMC Gremlin

Produced by the American Motors Corporation from 1970-1978 for the U.S, Canada and Mexican markets, this subcompact car is often insulted as one of the worst cars ever designed. When viewed from the side, the Gremlin’s unusual body contour looks like a badly-designed running shoe, a wedge of cheese, and a door stop depending on the light and the precise standpoint. The strangely calculated angle in its rear with an abrupt end provided a hopeless aerodynamics to the car.
