Manufactured by Porsche from 2013 to 2015, Porsche 918 Spyder is a mid-engined plug-in hybrid sports car with only 918 units sold around the world. Powered by a naturally-aspirated 4.6 litre V8 engine, germinating 608 hp with two other electric motors developing an extra 279 horsepower, for a total output of 887 hp, this super car costs around $845,000 and delivers a top speed of around 210 mph (340 km/h). The 6.8 kWh lithium-ion batteries pack also gives an all-electric range of 19 km (12 mi) under EPA’s five-cycle tests.
