Lamborghini Islero (1968–1969)
The Islero was a sports car manufactured by Lamborghini to replace the 400GT, and was formally introduced to the market at the 1968 Geneva Auto Show. This sports car showcased all the best features that helped make Lamborghini an established brand in the business- great power and output, chassis and road performance. The Islero is powered by a 4.0-liter V12 engine, a five-speed transmission, disc brakes and independent suspension system. Islero can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 6.4 seconds, and max speed is rated at 154 mph. The model received an update when the Islero S was made available in the market in 1969.
