Lamborghini Gallardo (2003–2013)
The Lamborghini Gallardo, in production from 2003 to 2013, is the company’s best-selling model. A total of 14,022 Gallardo units was sold to the public. The first generation of the Lamborghini Gallardo was fitted with 5-liter 90-degree V10 engine, and available in two transmissions. In 2005, a new update of the Gallardo was made to address the comments and concerns of many critics and car owners. For the 2005 coupe update, the engineers from the company revamped the exhaust system of the company to make it more sporty, more power from the engine and lowered gearing. The end result is better and a more powerful Gallardo. The second generation Gallardo was developed by the company and this spawned a number of variations including the LP 570-4 Superleggera, LP 570-4 Spyder Performante, LP 550-2 Coupé, LP 550-2 ADa nd limited edition Gallardos like Gallardo LP560-4 Polizia. The 2014 version of the Gallardo has a pricing range of $144,768–$221,776.
