7. The New car vs. The Used one?
One car fact we have seen over the years is most folks want a new car but do not need one. The thing about new cars is depreciation sets in the moment you drive the vehicle of the dealer lot. In its first year the car could get as much as 20 percent in depreciation when being revalued. Car lots have a lot of excellently used cars which if you do your research well you would get a great buy. A simple consideration would be to compare the cost of buying a new car with that of a used car along the lines of Insurance, maintenance and financing. The used car would easily and always trump the new.

This is in no way to discourage enthusiastic car buyers but to serve as a guide to helping you make the right decision concerning your purchase and on the long run save you lots of dollars.
