13.Bricklin SV-1
Before the Delorean made headlines and got a part in the movie, there was Bricklin SV-1, where SV stands for Safety Vehicle 1. The idea behind the Bricklin was to come up with a car that fuses safety and high performance. The car was planned with fiber-glass body and self lifting gull wing doors. Unfortunately, when a production version of the car was introduced in the market, some buyers complained about the cracks in fiberglass. Setting aside these complaints, the Bricklin SV-1 is an insane car from the 1970s that pushed the limits in design and construction.
