The 2015 M3 took us right back to inline 6 BMW M cars. With its 3.0L twin turbo V6, turning out 425hp and 406 lb/ft of torque, the M3 finally has enough grunt to compete with its AMG competitors. As one of the few performance sedans available with a 6 speed manual transmission, the 2015 M3 had to make our list. Despite being a slightly better performance car, the M3’s sibling the M4 didn’t make our list, because we feel that the M3 is the better looking of the two, particularly from the rear.
