17. VEPR Commander
An SUV with with the attitude and capabilities of large cargo, and of course lots of brawn. This is how the designers of VEPR Commander see this off-road creation. This is an immense and menacing presence on the road and battle-fronts, thanks to its height, at 6.5 feet tall, and length of 15.4. Thanks to its size, the VEPR Commander can accommodate up to 15 passengers, making the Commander a great service vehicle when it comes to deploying troops or for rescue missions.
Some of the standard modifications made on the vehicle include adjustable pressure tires for use in different terrains, drum brakes, stainless steel frame and parts and BTR-94 wheels. Fuel efficiency is modest, with 14 km for every 100 km when used in urban areas. This is still more fuel efficient when compared to Hummers.
