Car crashes/roadkill cleaner
This is one of the worst and the most depressing jobs, in which you have to drive around all day on the road, cleaning up piles of wreckage and roadkill on the car crash sites. The job commonly takes you picking up death animals from road accidents that can potentially involve even gathering guts and body parts while also fighting off vultures and buzzards in the middle of the work. There can’t be more awful and soul-crushing job than this gig.
Road construction worker
Road construction is usually executed in the summer and hence workers have to spend times in sizzling hot weather without any shade. In such scorching heat, workers are in heavy protective cloths and boots, with hard hat, dealing with the bitter and blistery asphalt — a black, sticky, and extremely viscous liquid or semi-solid form of petroleum, commonly used in road construction. And at last, they get paid the lowest. Another worst part is that workers who are overexposed to asphalt can suffer from high risk of cancer and a number of chronic health problems.
