2004 Koenigsegg CCR top car rating and specifications

Before the Koegnigsegg Agera made a splash in the movie ‘Need for Speed’ and included in the listing of the world’s fastest cars, there was the Koegnisegg CCR. Although not as big compared to other supercar manufacturers, Koegnigsegg has managed to establish its reputation as one of the world’s leading supercar designers thanks to the introduction of top cars, the CCR included. The car was first introduced to the public during the Geneva Auto Show (March 2004), and based on manufacturer estimates this supercar can move from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds, with a top speed of 389km/h. When this supercar was tested at the Nardo Ring in Italy, it hit a top speed of 387.87 km/h enough to break the hold of McLaren. But as we’ve learned in automotive history, its claim to fame is just fleeting.
